This PLVCV15-350 is both a Pressure Limiting Valve and a Check Valve meaning that it will limit the incoming mains pressure down to 350kPa and also prevent back flow in the system which is critical when connecting to mains water.

Note: do not confuse this part for PLV15F-350 as the PLV15F is only a Pressure limiting valve and not a check valve as required when connecting to a mains water supply.

Pressure Limiting Valves are installed to act as Caravan Water Pressure regulator. This protects the internal plumbing fixtures as they can not withstand the full mains water pressure.
